At The Cook's Kitchen, full kitchen use is available at $18 per hour with a minimum booking of 2 hours, encompassing all available equipment (excluding overnight storage). Refrigerator/freezer storage is offered at $20 per month with one shelf included in the rental fee, while dry storage is available at $15 per month, also with one shelf included. For food trucks, a specialized commissary use is provided at $175 per month at The Cutting Board, offering disposal services for greywater, trash, recycling, and approved fats/oils, along with fresh water fill-up and access to a 3-bay sink for dishwashing.

The facility is equipped with a double-deck full-size electric convection oven, a double-deck full-size gas convection oven, a four-burner gas range, microwave, food processor, blender, hot water tower, hot hold proofer, mixers (8-qt and 20-qt), dry/refrigerated/frozen storage, prep table, speed rack, 3-compartment sink, washer & dryer, grease trap cleaning & maintenance, parking while onsite, dishwashing supplies & sanitizer tabs, general cleaning supplies, paper towels and soap for handwashing station, restroom supplies, and trash & recycling services, including receptacles and trash bags. This comprehensive offering ensures a well-equipped and supported environment for various culinary activities.
