Garden State Kitchen

At Garden State Kitchen, six kitchen spaces are available for rent, comprising two catering kitchens, two baking kitchens, and two prep kitchens. Each catering kitchen is equipped with a six-burner range, griddle top, char-broiler/grill, five-rack convection oven, four-rack conventional oven, a double-door reach-in refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables, and a full-size sink. Baking kitchens feature a five- or ten-rack convection oven, a 30- or 60-quart Hobart mixer, a double-door reach-in refrigerator, stainless steel prep tables, and a full-size sink. Prep kitchens include a double-door reach-in refrigerator, three to five stainless steel prep tables, and a full-size double or triple sink. Each rental includes exclusive use of the designated kitchen space and its corresponding equipment at Garden State Kitchen.
